last night's gig was fun. mike of comets tale jammed with us on fed up. astig astig. hahaha! right after us, comets tale played followed by kampai.

sarap talaga ng feeling na mga tropa or kakilala yung kasama sa mga ganung stuff...hehehe! wala lang.

on december 7, we will be at kolumn bar. kasama ata namin pin-up girls eh.

may gig po kami ng aking banda (na pinamagatang suspicious character) mamayang gabi sa simmer down bar sa katipunan. kasama po namin ang comets tale, kampai, bobby parks movement, monsterbot, at sobrang dami pang iba! sana makapunta kayo. bwehehe!

kagabi, nagjam kami after a looooooong time. ayus naman jam. nafrustrate lang ako sa sarili ko dahil wala akong magawang ok nung tinry namin gumawa ng bagong kanta. hahaha! pero its all good. ayaw ko rin pilitin kasi baka pangit lang lumabas.

katamad pa rin....parang lagi pa rin akong pagod. pakshet. hehehe!

astig. last night i went to tower to get a copy of urbandub's latest relase....embrace. label na pala sila ngayon...aaaaw one of my most favoritest indie bands have gone the label route. pero it's all good. same urbandub songs. same urbandub riffs. same urbandub feel to it. i love the new album...although i must admit, it hasnt really sinked in yet...mayday! mayday! hehe!

i also got a copy of thursday's war all the time. for me, full colapse was better...wala lang. siguro i just need to listen to this one more.

nirelease na yung 13th month pay namin kanina. pakshet. ang liit ng nakuha ko..kinaltas kasi yung mga undertime at half days at leaves...olats. :( oh well...la naman tayong magagawa dyan. para lang yang gobyerno na kung ano gusto nilang gawin mo...wala kang choice kundi gawin yun.

ID pic taking sessions earlier this morning sa office. gerdamit. i really need to lose some weight. hehehe...sagwa na talaga tignan eh.

anyhow...tagal ko na naghahanap ng dd3...muhkang mailap talaga sa akin yan. eversince i lost JC's dd3 (due to that mothafuckin' carnapper), the sound that i make has never been the same. i bought a zoom 508 pero di ko talaga matrippan. pakshet ka talaga..damn you! hehehe...sana makakita na ako ng dd3 really soon. sama mo na rin yang ph2 sa listahan. hehe!

im already back from africa pero di pa rin namin natutuloy yung recording namin...nakupo...kelan na kaya matatapos to? :( 1 year na ata ito in the making ah...and to think, EP lang to. :( feeling ko talaga, kelangan na namin ilabas to eh...sana...sana matapos na.

i got back from Tchad, Africa last thursday evening. tangina, iba pa rin talaga ang pinas...suddenly...this lousy pathetic country became a paradise...parang sumobra na ang ganda ng pinas para sa akin compared sa Tchad. maybe, it really was a case of taking things for granted. ika nga ni ala, magiging eye opener daw itong trip ko na ito...and it was. if the pinas is considered to be a 3rd world country...then you guys should see Tchad. tanginang yan. kung may 5th world..malamang yun na yun. hehehe! basically, there was only 2 cemented roads, 4 "eatable" restos, 2 places you can consider a hotel (and mind you, di pa rin maganda...think 1 or 2 star hotel type dito sa pinas). conversion rate is 500 to a dollar. wala lang..i could go on and on about tchad...but, then again...ano ba pake natin sa kanila? naisip ko lang ulit (what else is new?! lagi naman ako nagiisip eh)...pakshet talaga mga pulitiko sa bansang ito. if for once, all of them united for a common goal which is to lift the country from poverty and rid of the corruption, kayang kaya naman eh....pero malabo yun. sakim eh. tangina. ang presidency dito sa bansa natin...parang lord of the rings. umiikot lang yung kwento sa kasakiman. sa kaswapangan. pinagdadasal ko na lang na sa kwentong ito...meron din tayong frodo at sam na magliligtas sa atin. no matter how gay they are...at least, noble yung intentions nila.

haaaay after all the relaxation and rest i got from the loooong weekend...uber stress naman sumalubong sa akin today. all because of my trip to AFRICA this weekend. kelangan pala ng schengen visa to travel withim amsterdam and paris maski di kami lalabas ng airport..because of this...we will go to tchad, africa via dubai and some unknown country. pakshet. alis namin is on monday night...then we will arrive there at around wednesday morning na..which means, no sleep for us..work kagad. pakshet.

anyways...after a couple of great gigs last night...pahinga muna ng 2-3 weeks ang banda..pero pramis, babalik kami with a bang.

talked to monty about our recording and he wants us to re-record everything. pangit daw kasi. i agree though. sana lang, di na magtagal. kasi i really want our EP out. as in. feeling ko that's really the next step we can take. oh well barbel.
